Cited provides Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement will be set out in a proposal, quote or statement of work agreed between you and us.

Fees, payment terms and any ongoing charges will be set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable by the due date stated. We may suspend services for overdue accounts.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Where no notice period is specified, either party may terminate on 14 days' written notice. On termination, you remain liable for fees for services performed up to the termination date, and any fees paid in advance for services not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where to do so would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or liability we incur arising from content, materials or instructions you provide to us for use in connection with the services, including any claim that such content infringes a third party's rights or is unlawful, defamatory or misleading.
